Zetatek’s Customized Mobile Conditioning Chamber

With our vast experience of customization in the line of environmental simulation, we have worked on many systems over the years that were made for specific requirements and strategic applications. We take great pleasure in sharing the details of one such product that we successfully delivered in the month of April 2021 to Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) which is a part of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the government of India.

We, Zetatek Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are the only company to have made such a large mobile chamber in the country that is portable to different corners of the country in order to meet the requirements of all military & defence establishments. The entire setup which includes an Environmental simulation chamber, Refrigeration pack, Chiller, is mounted on a trolley or truck. The truck has adjustable jacks in order to make the entire setup stationary.

Rate of Heating/Cooling: 5ºC/min (As per IEC60068-3-5)

Humidity range: 10% to 98% RH

Load capacity: 1000 Kgs

Controller: Klima Controller (Indigenous design and development)

We fall under the Buy(Indian-IDDM) category which has the highest priority among the acquisition categories as per the Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP 2020) guidelines in line with the Make in India and Atmanirbhar policies of the Government of India.

We indigenously design, develop and manufacture our systems at our facility in Hyderabad and the indigenous content in our systems is more than 65%.
